Our approach to counselling
Firstly, our approach at the beginning will be to sit with you and listen, let you offload any issues you may be having and decide together how we can start the road to recovery. It is important to mention that there will only ever be love and understanding returned back to you, making it our goal as a team to get through these times. Taking our hand on your journey will provide support and comfort, no matter the issue we are here for you.
