Zoe is here to walk with you on this journey.
Zoe’s formula is ultimately very simple. She has a genuine and caring approach, and truly believes in the importance of getting to know you for who you are. It’s this personal touch that will make you feel comfortable and welcomed from the very first moment.
Her aim is to focus on your general well-being by addressing the underlying issues that might be causing your emotional stress, pain or discomfort. No matter what life might be throwing at you right now, you can rest assured that Zoe will work alongside you with kindness and patience, enabling you to discover a more fulfilling future with meaning and joy.
Zoe’s therapy room is welcoming, non-judgemental and confidential. Her aim is for you to feel as comfortable as possible by building up a good rapport and trust.
What makes Zoe Silk one of a kind
I am very passionate about my work and what I love most is seeing my clients progress. Observing their changes and seeing how good they feel within themselves is a wonderful journey to share. I offer support with all kinds of issues. You may be suffering with an anxiety disorder, depression perhaps, an issue within a relationship, an addiction or something else. Whatever your issue is, my aim is to spend time getting to know you, finding the root cause to your problem and any other factors that may have to be taken into consideration. Then, together we can work towards a solid plan for you to more you forward as an individual.
Zoe’s Aim and Focus
My aim and focus is to look at all the area’s in your life so that we can pay attention to your entire well-being. Life is very much about balance and finding that balance for you as a person is highly recommended.
During our sessions I will take notes so we are both able to reflect back and see how you are progressing. This also gives me a story to work with so I can share your journey. I will recommend how many sessions I feel you will need, depending on the issue you come to seek help for. Sometimes we may decide together to extend these sessions. It is always up to you to decide when to end your therapy.
